Acorns and Seedlings Play and Stay

Each session offers a variety of optional activities led by our Forest School leader for children to explore if they wish.

Every week we plan a simple craft activity designed to support fine and gross motor skills, encourage language and communication, and introduce new sensory experiences.

Around the woodland you’ll find equipment, trails and exciting discoveries to spark children’s imagination. These may include a mud kitchen, water play, dens, hammocks, woodland creatures and much more.

Our woodland is also a wonderful place for families to meet others with similar values, relax, and enjoy a chat over a cup of tea around the fire.

Acorns – Thursday, 10am–12pm
For children aged 1–5 years

Seedlings – Tuesday, 10am–12pm
For children aged 2–6 years

If you are new to our Acorns or Seedlings groups and would like to try Forest School, you can book an introductory session.

Individual session: £10 per child
Siblings: £9 per additional child

Forest School is designed as a long-term process, helping children build confidence and develop their learning through a meaningful connection with nature.

We offer half-termly blocks of prepaid sessions. If you are unable to attend, we ask for 7 days’ notice so we can adjust your account accordingly. If a session needs to be cancelled by us, it will not be charged.

We use the Famly platform for invoicing, communication with parents and carers, and to share observations from your child’s Forest School experiences. 🌿
