Play and Stay

Each session there will be a range of activities led by the Forest School leader if children want to participate. 

We plan and organise a craft activity each week developing fine and gross motor skills, developing language and communication and facilitating new sensory experiences.

Equipment, trails and exciting things for the children to discover are dotted around the woods to engage their imagination. Mud kitchen, water table, weaving loom, dens, hammocks, woodland creatures and much more.. 

The woodland is a lovely place to meet families with similar values and to have a natter with a cup of tea around the fire! 

Sessions:

Acorns - Thursday 10 am - 12 pm for children 0-5 years old

Seedlings - Tuesday 10 am - 12 pm for children 2-6 years old

Prices:
If you are new to Acorns or Seedlings groups and would like to come along and give Forest School a try, you can book an introductory individual session.

Individual Session £9 per child (Siblings after first child £8) ​

Forest School is intended to be a long-term process to develop a child's confidence and give their learning direction through a nature connection.

We take bookings of prepaid sessions for a half term and ask for 7 days notice should you not be able to attend and we will adjust the accounts to reflect your attendance. Should we need to cancel the session for any reason it will not be charged for. 

We use the FAMLY Platform to invoice and keep in touch with parent/carers showing our observations.
